All of my work is now up for display at Pallant House and i had a brilliant time at the private viewing 04/05/2018. There must have been over a 100 people attending the viewing and it really was a positive experience. The numbers in attendance where significantly helped due to the start of the EOA conference at Pallant House on the same day. The curation and lighting of my work was superb. My work was hung with the work of Scottie Wilson which belonged to Pallant House' private collection; The flow of his images into mine was perfect. I was also really surprised by the work of the lighting technicians and the favourable impact this had on the exhibition of my work.
I was overwhelmed at how friendly and encouraging members of the EOA were. Many offers to exhibit were made to me from representatives/owners of galleries in Holland, Finland and Denmark. Moreover, i met with the 2 founders of BAZ'ART who offered me a place as one of their artists for the 2019 festival they run in France. Back of the net!!
The EOA festival over the weekend was really enjoyable with some great networking opportunities to be had at the Chichester Inn...glug, glug, glug, glug...
The private viewing of my work and The subsequent evening was one of the most positive experiences of my life. i am eternally grateful to Outsidein and Pallant House for giving me the opportunity. i will post some photos of the evening in my next blog.
